Danko Perutina franciscan father
Fra Danko Perutina was born in 1970 after finishing primary and secondary school he took the franciscan habit in Hercegovina Franciscan Region. After noviciate he learned Theologie in Zagreb in 1999 he was ordained as a priest in Norval, Canada. From 1999 to 2001 he work as curator and educator in Humac Seminary. After that he was sent to Medjugorie to serve as spiritual helper till 2002. From here he went to Rome and studied Mariologie and achieved magister grade on the Pontifical Theological University. His thesis was about: Holy Mary in the spiritual and intellectual education. From 2005 July he served as vicemagister and novitiate and guide for the aspirants in August of the same year he was the member of Council for Education and Training. From 2007 August he worked as parish vicar in Medjugorie.
He was the main organiser of the Youth Festival, an International Youth Prayer Meeting in Medjugorie, where there were about 60.000 young people from 69 countries of the 5 continent.

Medjugorje
Medjugorje is placed in a valley between the mountains, south of Mostar, in West Hercegovina. Till our days millions of pilgrimers have visited this little village from all over the world, which became the confessional place of the earth. In 1981. ont he 24th of June late afternoon Ivanka Inavkovic and Mirjana Dragicevic went for a walk. On their way back Ivanka made a look to the Mountain of Podbrodo and saw a shining young Lady with a little child on her arms. Look there is the Holy Mary! Later on 4 young people joined them. Next day and the day after they went to the Mountain and met the Lady who said, she is the Queen of Peace. She said: Peace, peace,peace! Peace must be between God and mankind and among man and man. The presence of Mary was surrounded by marvellous phenomenons in the sky, seen by several hundereds of people. The apparition still goes on to our days, Holy Mary comes to the 3 children every day. At this time, when in a special way you are praying and seeking my intercession, I call you, little children, to pray so that through your prayers I can help you to have all the more hearts be opened to my messages. Pray for my intentions. I am with you and I intercede before my Son for each of you. Thank you for having responded to my call."
In Medjugorje Heaven meets with Earth, many people gained spiritual and phisical health, many people begun new life in peace and love with God. Medjugorje is a place of prayer, the Field of Peace where one can feel the presence of God and Holy Mary Mother of Christ.
